Last weekend was a double header for Heidi and I and we started off with Katie & Paul's big day at Mustard Seed Gardens. Katie and Paul have only been dating for a year but in that short amount of time they have grown more as a couple and as individuals than some people do in a lifetime. Everyone who spoke at the wedding all came to the same conclusion, there's just no getting around that these two were made for each other. Their love for each other and desire to honor God in every step of their relationship was an inspiration to me as well as many others I'm sure. As always one of the highlights of the day is photographing all of those gorgeous details that make a wedding unique to each couple. For Paul and Katie it was the vintage bowler hat and parasol that made their bridal portraits just a little more special. It was also the earrings and bow ties that paid tribute to Bolivia where Katie taught for a few years. And, then of course there's the choreographed first dance to Beauty and the Beast that left everyone breathless. Heidi and I had so much fun photographing your big day, thank you for allowing us to be a small part of it. Have an amazing honeymoon in the sun and enjoy your preview!
